Reiki Dojo also owns and operates several websites and offers services related to them, such as support. For all of these products, along with other services and websites, we refer to “Services” in this rule.
What information do we collect about you

Information you provide to us

Account and profile information:

Services also include our websites owned or operated by us. We also collect other content that you submit to those websites, which have social media or social websites that manage us. For example, you provide us with a range when you provide feedback or participate in any interactive feature, surveys, contests, promotions, sweepstakes, activities, or events.
Information you provide through our support channels:
Services also include customer support, where you can send information about a problem with the Service. Whether you call yourself a technical contact, open a support form or mole, talk directly with one of our representatives, or otherwise engage with our support team, you will be asked to enter contact information, a summary of the issues being addressed. This other documentation, screenshots, or data appears to help you troubleshoot the problem.
Payment information:
We do not collect payment data and do not store payment data directly in databases. Any payments are possible through the services of a third party (PayPal, for example). In this case, following the Privacy Policy and business conditions, collects data and billing records, including basic information identifying you as a customer.

We collect information about you when you use our Services, including browsing our websites and taking specific actions within the Services.
Your Use of the Services: We track certain information about you when you visit and interact with any of our services. This information includes the features you use, data for treatments you provide, frequently used search terms.
Device and connection information: We collect information about your computer, phone, tablet, or other devices that you use to access the Services. We also collect information through your device about your operating system, browser type, IP address, redirect/exit page URLs. We use your IP address and desired country to bring you closer to your location to give you a better service experience. How much of this information is collected depends on the type and settings of devices you use to access the Services.
Cookies and other tracking technologies: Reiki Dojo and third-party partners, such as advertising and analytics partners, use cookies and other tracking technologies (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, and Pixels) to provide functionality and recognize you on various services and devices. For more information, see our cookie and tracking notice 3, which contains information on how to control or turn off these cookies and tracking technologies.
Information we receive from other sources.
We receive information about you from other Service users, third-party services, and our partners and partners.
Other services you associate with your account: We receive information about you when you enable third-party applications or integrate or connect a third-party service with our services. For example, suppose you create an account or sign in to the Services using Google Credentials. In that case, we receive your name and email address according to the permitted settings of your Google profile to authorize you. When connecting or integrating our services with a third-party service, the information we receive depends on the grounds, permissions, and privacy policies controlled by that third-party service. You should always check the privacy settings and notifications in these third-party services to determine what information may be disclosed to us or shared with our Services.
Reiki Dojo Partners: We work with a global network of partners who provide consultation, implementation, training, and other services around our products.4 Some of these partners also help us market and promote our products, generate offers, and offer our products.
Other partners: We receive information about you and your activities on and off the service from third-party partners, such as advertising and market research partners, who provide us with information about your interest and engagement in our services and online ads.
How we use the information we collect
The way we use the information we collect depends partly on the Services you use, the way you use it, and any preferences you provide to us. The following are the specific purposes for which we use the information we collect about you.
To provide the Services and customize your experience: We use information about you to provide the Services to you, including the authenticity of you when you sign up, provide customer support, and operate and maintain the Services.
For research and development: We are always looking to make services smarter, faster, safer, more integrated, and more useful to you. We use the collective knowledge of how users use our Services and the feedback they provide directly to us to troubleshoot and identify trends, usage, activity patterns, and areas for integrating and improving the Services. We also test and analyze certain new features with some users before rolling all users.
To communicate with you about the Services, we use your contact information to send transactional communications via email and within the Services, subscribe to your comments, questions, and requests, provide customer support and send technical notices, updates, security alerts, and administrative messages. Depending on your settings, we will send you email notifications when you communicate in the Services. We also provide customized communications based on your activities and interactions with us. For example, specific actions you perform on the Service may automatically trigger a feature or proposal of a third-party application within the Services that would facilitate that task. These communications are part of the Services, and in most cases, you cannot turn them off. If the opt-out option is available, you’ll find that option in the communication itself or your account settings.
Marketing, Promoting, and Attracting Service Engagements: We use your contact information and information on how you use the Services to send promotional messages that may be of particular interest to you, including email, websites, as well as on platforms such as are Facebook and Google. These communications aim to attract engagement and maximize what you exit from the Services, including information about new features, survey requirements, newsletters, and events that we think might be of interest to you. We also communicate with you about new products, promotions, and contests. You can control whether you receive these communications as described below in the “Disabling Communications” section.
Customer Support: We use your information to resolve technical issues you encounter, respond to your requests for assistance, and repair and improve the Services.
For security: We use information about you and your use of the Service to verify accounts and activities, track suspicious or fraudulent activities, and determine violations of the Service Rules.
Protecting our legitimate business interests and legal rights: If required to do so by law or where we deem it necessary to protect our legal rights, interests, and the interests of others, we use information about you regarding legal requirements, compliance, legislative and audit functions, and related disclosures with the acquisition, merger or sale of a business.
With your consent: We use information about you to permit us to do so for a specific purpose not listed above. For example, we may post testimonials or featured user stories to promote the Services with your permission.
Legal basis for processing (for EEA users): If you are an individual in the European Economic Area (EEA), we only collect and process your data if we have the legal basis for doing so in accordance with applicable EU law. The legal basis depends on the Services you use and the way you use them. This means that we only collect and use your data if:
We need to provide you with the Services, including the Services, the provision of customer support and personalized features, and to protect the security and safety of the Services;
Satisfies a legitimate interest (which does not go beyond your data protection interests), such as research and development, marketing and promoting the Services, and protecting our legal rights and interests;
You give us consent to do so for a specific purpose; or
We must process your data to comply with the legal obligation.
If you have consented to our use of information about you for a particular purpose, you have the right to change your mind at any time, but this will not affect processing that has already taken place. Where we use your information because a third party (e.g., your employer) or we have a legitimate interest in doing so, you have the right to object to that use, although in some cases, this may mean that you no longer use the Services.
How we store and store the data we collect
Data storage and security
We use data hosting service providers in the Republic of Croatia to host the collected data and use technical measures to secure your data. While we implement security measures designed to protect your data, no security system is impenetrable, and due to the inherent nature of the Internet, we cannot guarantee that data, during transmission over the Internet or stored on our systems or otherwise in our care, is safe from intrusion by others. We will respond to this within a reasonable time.
How long do we keep the data?
How long we keep the information we collect about you depends on the type of information, as described below. After that time, we will delete or anonymize your data. Suppose this is not possible (for example, because the data is stored in security archives). In that case, we will securely store your data and isolate it from any further use until deletion is possible. Inactive accounts are kept for two years before deletion from the database.
Account Informationaccount: We retain your information until you delete your account. We also include some of your information to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, support business, and continue developing and improving our services. Where we retain data to enhance and expand services, we remove information that directly identifies you. We use only information to disclose collective insights about your use of our services, not to analyze personal characteristics about you.
We retain the bookkeeping information and data about you in accordance with the applicable laws, and they cannot be deleted until the expiration of the legal obligation to keep them.
Information you share in the Services: If your account is deactivated or disabled, some of your data and the content you provide will remain to enable your team members or other users to make full use of the Services. For example, we continue to display comments and content that you specify in communities or tabs.
Managed Accounts: If the Services become available to you through an organization (e.g., your employer), we retain your information as long as your account administrator requests. See “Managed Accounts and Administrators” above for more details.
Marketing Information: If you have chosen to receive marketing emails from us, we retain information about your marketing preferences unless you ask us to delete them. We contain information obtained from cookies and other tracking technologies for a reasonable time from when such information is generated.
How to access and monitor your data
You have confident choices available to you when it comes to your data. Below is a summary of those choices, how to make them, and all the limitations. We will respond to this within a reasonable time.
Your Choices:
You have the right to request a copy of your data, object to our use of your data (including for marketing purposes), ask for the deletion or restriction of your data, or request your data in a structured electronic form. Below we describe the tools and processes for creating these requirements. You can make some of the choices by logging in to the Services and using the settings available in the Services or account. Where administrators manage your Services (see “End User Notice”), you may need to contact your administrator to assist with your requests first. For all other requests, you can contact us as outlined in the Contact Us section below to request assistance.
Your request and choices may be limited in some instances. For example, if meeting the demand reveals information about another person, or if you request that you delete data that your administrator or we allow by law or if we hold it to satisfy legitimate interests. If you have asked us to share information with third parties, you will need to contact those third-party service providers directly to delete or otherwise restrict your intake. If you have unresolved concerns, you may have the right to appeal to the data protection authority in the country where you live, work or feel that your rights have been violated.
Accessing and updating data: Our services and related documentation allow you to access and update certain information about you within the Service. For example, you can access profile information from your account and search for content about you using search keywords on the service. You can update your profile information in profile settings and modify content that contains information about you using the editing tools associated with that content.
Deactivate board, team, or company membership: You or the administrator can deactivate access to the community, group, or company. If you wish to deactivate your access, it is available to you in your account settings. Otherwise, contact your administrator. If you are an administrator and cannot deactivate your account through administrator settings, contact Reiki Dojo Support.
Delete your data: Our services and related documentation allow you to delete certain information about yourself from the service. For example, you can remove content that contains information about you using search keywords and editing tools associated with that content, and you can remove certain profile information within your profile settings. Please note, however, that we may need to retain certain information to maintain records, fulfill transactions, or meet our legal obligations.
Request that we stop using your information: In some cases, you may request that we stop accessing, storing, using, and otherwise processing your information if you feel we do not have the appropriate rights to do so. For example, if you believe your service account was created without your permission or are no longer an active user, you may request that we delete your account as provided in these policies. Where you have given us consent to use your data for a limited purpose, you may contact us to remove that consent, but this will not affect the processing that has already taken place at that time. You may also opt-out of our use of your information for marketing purposes by contacting us, as set out below. Once you make such requests, we may need time to investigate and facilitate your request. Suppose there is a delay or dispute as to whether we have the right to continue to use your data. In that case, we will restrict the further use of your data until the request is complied with or the dispute is resolved, provided that your administrator objects (where applicable). Confront information about your sharing with a third-party application; please do not use our site and services.
Opt-out of communications: you can receive promotional communications from us via the unsubscribe link in any email, update email settings within the Service settings menu, or by contacting us as below to have your contact information removed from our promotional email list or registration database. Even after you opt-out of receiving promotional messages from us, you will continue to receive transactional messages regarding our services. You can turn off some notification messages in your account settings. Please note that you will continue to receive general third-party ads.
Disable Cookie Controls: Relevant browser-based cookie controls are described in our cookie and tracking notice.
Send Do Not Track Alerts: Some browsers have enabled Do Not Track (DNT) features to send a signal to sites you visit, meaning you don’t want to track. Because there is still no common understanding of interpreting a DNT signal, our services do not currently respond to browser DNT signals. You can use several other tools we provide to control the collection and use of data, including the ability to opt-out of receiving marketing from us, as described above.
Data portability: Data transfer is the ability to receive some of your data in a form that can be moved from one service provider to another (for example, when you transfer your mobile phone number to another carrier). Depending on the context, this applies to some of your data, but not all of your data. If you request this, we will provide you with an electronic file of basic account information and information that you have created on-premises under your supervision, such as in your communities.

Our policy towards children
Services are not aimed at persons under 16 years of age. We do not collect personal information knowingly from children under the age of 16. If we learn that a child under the age of 16 has provided personal information, we will delete such information. If you become aware that your child has provided personal information, please contact our support services.
Changes to our Privacy Policy
We may change this privacy policy from time to time. We will post any changes to the privacy policy on this site. If the changes are significant, we will provide more prominent notice by adding a statement to the Home pages of the Service, on the login screens, or by sending a message by email. We will also keep previous versions of this Privacy Policy in the archive for your review. We encourage you to review our privacy policy each time you use the Services to be informed of our practices and how you may protect your privacy.
If you do not agree to any changes to these privacy policies, you will need to stop using the Services and deactivate your accounts, as described above.
HOW DO WE PROTECT VISITOR DATA?
Our websites are regularly monitored to avoid security vulnerabilities and known system vulnerabilities to make your visit as secure as possible.
We regularly use malware scanning, and the sites use SSL data encryption.
Your data is stored behind a secure network and is only available to a limited number of people who have special access rights to such systems and must keep the information confidential. In addition, all sensitive / credit information you provide to us is encrypted using Transport Layer Security (TLS) technology.
We implement some security measures when a user submits an order, submits, or accesses their data to maintain the security of your data. All transactions are processed through a dedicated security service and are not stored or processed on our servers.

Yes. SPAM PROTECTION
The Personal Data Protection Act and the Electronic Communications Act set rules for commercial e-mail, establish requirements for commercial e-mails, entitle the recipient to stop receiving such e-mails, and impose severe penalties for violations. We collect your email address for:
- sending information, answering inquiries, and any requests or questions,
- the order process and shipping information and updates related to the order,
- we may send you additional information related to your product and services,
- promotions via an e-mail list or for future e-mailing to our users after the initial transaction has taken place.
Following legal regulations, we agree to the following:
we will not use fake or misleading topics or email addresses,
identify the message as an ad in some acceptable way,
include the physical address of our branches or headquarters,
monitoring of third party promotional services by e-mail to comply with these rules, if they are used,
comply quickly with non-activation / deregistration requirements,
allow users to unsubscribe using the link at the bottom of each email.
If you wish to unsubscribe from receiving future emails at any time, follow the instructions at the bottom of each email, and we will remove you from your correspondence immediately.
